Protein Pancakes

Time: 5 minutes of prep + 10 minutes to cook
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop of protein powder: try Kaha
1/2 cup of oat flour (blended quick oats)
Optional for batter: fruit, chocolate chips, cinnamon, nutmeg,
Optional toppers: fruit, maple syrup, nut butter
Directions:
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Whisk the mixture together until batter is an even consistency.
- Use ladle to slowly pour batter into a hot, greased frying pan
- Flip when cooked halfway through.
- Once cooked through, remove from heat and enjoy.
- Tip: Add optional ingredients to enhance this recipe.
